Frequently asked questions
What is the deadline to claim?
One year from the finality of judgment STS 620/2026, under Article 67.1 Law 39/2015 and Article 32.4 Law 40/2015. Strict caducity deadline.
Why isn't it worth claiming only the €32?
Pure economics: administrative claim requires lawyer's time, technical drafting, interest calculation, document management, possible judicial route. For €32.73 the client pays more in fees than recovered. Only makes sense combined with a larger claim: loss of profit + damages where fees attach.
Do you charge upfront fees?
Pre-evaluation is free. If we proceed, we work with success-based fees tied to the outcome in most cases.
Administrative or judicial route?
Always start administratively (Ministry, 6 months to resolve). If denied (expressly or by silence), judicial review before the Audiencia Nacional. Whole process: 18-36 months.
