SES platform in Andalusia: traveller registration

The Single Entry System (SES) is the platform of the Ministry of the Interior for electronic registration of guests in tourist accommodation. VUT operators must register guests within 24 hours of arrival.

Legal framework

• Organic Law 4/2015 on protection of citizen security, Article 25.
• Order INT/1922/2003 on travellers' register book.
• Decree-law 933/2021 on the Single Entry System.

What data is registered

• Full name and surname of each guest.
• Identity document and number.
• Date of birth and nationality.
• Date of entry and exit.
• Address (the VUT's).
• Means of payment.

Sanctions for breach

Failure to register or late registration constitutes serious infringement under the Organic Law 4/2015 (€600-30,000).
